Good to know
Frequently asked.
- I've never done Pilates. Where do I start?
- Book Intro to Reformer, or reach out about a Private Session. Both are built to teach the machine and the basics at your own pace — no experience needed.
- What should I wear?
- Fitted athletic wear you can move in and grippy socks. We keep loaner socks at reception if you forget yours.
- How often should I come?
- Two to three sessions a week is the sweet spot for feeling and seeing change. One is still a good week.
- Do you offer private sessions?
- Yes. Private work is the fastest way to progress and the right choice for rehab, prenatal, and specific goals. Contact us directly to inquire about availability and pricing.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- Cancel at least 12 hours before class to avoid a late-cancel fee. Life happens — reach out and we'll do our best.
